Super quality products can be produced under stickt supervise,we have a technical team to manage the quality during the producing,from the raw materials adopted to the packing at last .Let me start with the raw materials ,we buy the raw materials from those who have a good reputation in this line ,and the quality of their products are stable and famous,about other accessories ,like valves ,printed woven bags and cartons ,we also choose the best manufacturers in their filds.
We measure the dimeter ,weight ,and width of the semi-manufactures to test whether the products are qualified everyday before they are all finished,and we also make the dayly tension test to assure the high tensile strength ,then will give a report to the workshop that they can find the weak points ,and they will be aware of improving

As for the packing there are two main mathods we usually use ,first,we always tie up the tube with rubber belt ,then one piece in a plastic bag,25/50pcs in a printed woven bag,and second ,we still tie up the tube with the rubber belt ,then it's different ,we will put each into a small box ,then 50pcs into a carton.this is just our advice ,we can do what you want .
