Rubber airbags, also known as concrete prefabricated hollow plate rubber inflatable core mold, bridge inflatable core film, and rubber inner mold are an inflatable internal mold with different shapes formed by vulcanizing the polymer characteristics of rubber and high-strength fiber cloth. It is mainly used for casting and forming projects of front-split and rear-split beams of highway bridge concrete. It is also used in culvert sewage discharge projects. After the rubber airbag is filled with compressed air, the airbag will expand and expand to meet its cross-sectional design requirements. The inflation pressure depends on the manufacturer's identification and cannot be overpressure-inflated. It is easy to use, economical and durable, and can be reused for nearly a hundred times. It softly shrinks when not inflated, folds and curls at will. It has sufficient strength to withstand the pressure of concrete after inflated expansion. It can replace the original wooden form, bamboo form, and steel form, and can be reused many times. 1. General rubber: General rubber varieties include: lactate polystyrene butadiene rubber, dissolved polystyrene butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, neoprene rubber, ethylene rubber and butyl rubber, etc. They are mainly used to make tires and general rubber products.
2. Styrene butadiene rubber: Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), also known as polystyrene butadiene copolymer. Its physical mechanism performance, processing performance and product usage performance are close to that of natural rubber. Some properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance and vulcanization speed are better than natural rubber. They can be used in combination with natural rubber and a variety of synthetic rubbers. They are widely used in the production of tires, tapes, hoses, wires and cables, medical equipment and rubber products.
3. Silicone rubber: Silicone rubber is divided into heat vulcanized type (high-temperature vulcanized silicone HTV) and room-temperature vulcanized type (RTV), among which the room-temperature vulcanized type is divided into polycondensation reaction type and addition reaction type. High-temperature silicone rubber is mainly used for the manufacture of silicone rubber products, while room-temperature silicone rubber is mainly used as an adhesive, potting material or mold. The main properties include high-temperature performance, low-temperature performance, weather resistance, electrical performance, physical and mechanical properties, oil and chemical reagent resistance, gas permeability, and physiological inertia.
4. Nitrile rubber: Nitrile rubber is made from butadiene and  through emulsion polymerization. Nitrile rubber is mainly produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization. It has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesiveness. Its disadvantages are poor low temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor insulation performance, and slightly lower elasticity. Nitrile rubber is mainly used to make oil-resistant rubber products.
5. Natural rubber: Because natural rubber has the above series of physical and chemical characteristics, especially its excellent resilience, insulation, waterproofness and plasticity, and after appropriate treatment, it also has valuable properties such as oil, acid, alkali, heat, cold, pressure, and wear resistance, so it has a wide range of uses.
6. Fluoroelastomer: Fluoroelastomer has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oil resistance, high vacuum resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and a variety of chemicals. It has been used in modern aviation, missiles, rockets, space navigation, ships, atomic energy and other technologies, as well as automobiles, shipbuilding, chemistry, petroleum, telecommunications, instruments, machinery and other industrial fields.
7. Polyurethane rubber: Polyurethane elastomers can have high elasticity and strength, excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, fatigue resistance and vibration resistance within a wide hardness range, and are known as "wear-resistant rubber". Although the output of polyurethane elastomers is small in polyurethane products, polyurethane elastomers have excellent comprehensive properties and have been widely used in industrial departments such as metallurgy, petroleum, automobile, mineral processing, water conservancy, textile, printing, medical, sports, grain processing, construction, etc.
